Francis Ng (The Leakers), Kenny Wong (Firestorm), Poon Chan Leung (The Moment) and Tony Wu (Weeds on Fire) form a ragtag crew of rookie dragon boat racers whose middling daily lives and numerous gripes reflect the stories of many Hong Kongers. Jennifer Yu (Distinction) co-stars as their coach and TVB actress Nancy Wu as Francis Ng's ambiguous romantic interest. RubberBand provided the film's award-winning score and theme song.

Lung (Francis Ng), Suk Yi (Poon Chan Leung) and William (Tony Wu) are typical unmotivated guys who work as technicians at a broadband company. With massive layoffs incoming, the three join the company's newly formed dragon boat racing team along with humorless manager Tai (Kenny Wong) in a bid to keep their jobs. These questionably fit geezers, who are used to getting by with doing the minimum, suddenly have to give their all to train for a dragon boat racing competition.

This edition includes a 240-page script and making-of book and a bonus DVD with making-of, deleted scenes, outtakes, trailer, music videos, commentary and the film soundtrack. First Press comes with a sticker sheet, a temporary tattoo sheet and a postcard, only available while supplies last.
