Mob Sister (a.k.a. Ah Sou) features a star-stud cast! The film pools together Best Actor winners such as Eric Tsang, Simon Yam, Anthony Wong, Alex Fong, Liu Ye, and Tse Kwan Ho, co-starring with character actors Yuen Wah (Kung Fu Hustle) and Liu Kai Chi. Gorgeous princess Karena Lam collaborates with new actress Annie Liu, selected from thousands of girls during casting, to portray two Mob Sisters who has to join the triad without any choice.

Annie Liu's lack of experience has not become an obstacle to bring to live a naive girl brought up by gangsters. On the other hand, Karena Lam gives up her usual sweet-girl roles, such as the ones in Floating Landscape and It had to be You, and takes on a new challenge to play a female gangster. Experienced male actors have played their parts well in a never-before female-centered Hong Kong triad movie.

Director Wong Ching Po, Best New Director winner in the Hong Kong Film Awards, subverts gangster movies' tradition not only by telling the story from a female point of view, but also by making it a colorful motion picture. He tries to make most of the frames in Mob Sister aesthetically colored. Anthony Wong, Simon Yam, and Alex Fong all take off their black suits and fierce appearances. Karena Lam's white dresses and Annie Liu's red ones form an interesting and impressive contrast. For movie lovers who want to see a highly stylized gangster movie, Mob Sister is probably what you would like to get.

　　十八年前，全港最大社團領導人百德（曾志偉）的手下阿九（廖啟智）殺死合伙兄弟，年青遺孀洛華（林嘉欣）誓要阿九滅門以洩心頭恨。垂死的阿九向百德托孤。百德向洛華豪氣一言：十八年後娶小女孩為妻，問誰膽敢殺「阿嫂」！

　　今天，菲比（劉心悠）是一個婷婷玉立、心地善良的樂天少女，與養父百德感情深厚。營役多年的百德已有退休之意，欲與菲比移民外國安享下半世。怎料風聲洩露，惹來殺身之禍，於眾目睽睽之下遭殺手冷鎗暗殺身亡！
