　　辛蘊余（陳松伶飾）在黑色星期五失業兼失戀，其好友姬詩（李惠敏飾）建議到上海散心。蘊余閒來遊覽上海風光，路上遇見胡阿九（黎耀祥飾），受他所累而遺失相機。

　　姬詩提議蘊余應徵女秘書，徐經理知蘊余為香港人，騁為秘書甚覺有面。胡阿九亦為該公司見習生，常與余鬥嘴。公司接拍首飾廣告，模特兒因事未有到場，正徬徨間，阿九順口著蘊余頂替，一向土氣的蘊余搖身一變，明艷照人。

　　蘊余前男友突往上海欲從拾舊歡，蘊余落淚拒絕，阿九好言開解，就在此時，蘊余發現阿九原來有個特別身份，令她覺得一次又一次的不能看清楚眼前的男人，使她感到很迷茫……

　　Fishy Sun loses her job and break up by her boyfriend on a Black Friday. Her friend Grace invites Fishy to go to Shanghai. She meets with Wu Kou on the street in Shanghai and got robbed because of him. Grace recommends Fishy to work in her company as secretary. President Chui is a classy supporter; he employs Fishy because she is from Hong Kong. Coincidentally, Wu Kou works in the same company. While Fishy and Kou's relation are ready to move into the next step. However, Fishy found that Kou has another identity. Though Kou likes Fishy, but Fishy is confused, as she cannot understand man at all......

I won't say its a very good film, but it's not that bad. Good for a laugh, if you have nothing else to watch.

this movie was great it was so funny that girl nadia did a really great job she totally got into chricter and that is a totally good thing. This movie was snazzy it had every thing in it humor; romance, and dorkyness. well it think it seem more like a chick flick.

entertaining show..good investment n great 2 spend time with.not really a fairytale story as the title sounds but it;s really really entertaing plus great acting by nnadia chan n lai yiu cheung..

however ..for those of u who have watched the series
"In the Realm Of Success" also starring the ever pretty n cute nnadia ,this show will be kind of a deja vu...this show is a little like the movie version 2 that series.

overall ,this is a must watch.
