Hagiwara Riku and Yagi Yusei return in the second season of the hit Japanese BL romance series My Beautiful Man based on the novel Utsukushii Kare by Nagira Yuu. My Beautiful Man Season 2 continues the story of Hira Kazunari (Hagiwara Riku) and Kiyoi Sou (Yagi Yusei), who have settled into a comfortable domestic life together. Kiyoi is working hard and gaining popularity as an up-and-coming actor, while Hira is busy being his super fan as usual. As graduation draws near, Hira's classmates are focused on job hunting, but he still has no direction for the future. Hira's self-centered insecurities not only affect his pursuit of photography, but also his relationship with Kiyoi who wants to be understood, not revered.

穏やかに月日は巡り…平良一成（萩原利久）は大学4年生に、清居奏（八木勇征）は新人俳優として日々奮闘していた。晴れて恋人同士となった2人は、平良の家で同棲生活をおくっている。
しかし、平良の信仰にも似た“偏愛”は変わらず、きてほしいところで下がり、下がるべきところで強く出るニュースタイルな関白宣言をかましていて、美しく傲岸なキング・清居の悩みはつきない。
一方、平良は清居にバレないように変装し、清居の“おっかけ”をするという新たな趣味を見つけていた。清居の迷惑にならないように…孤独に、そっと見つめていたが、あるキッカケで推し活仲間ができて…？
そして大学卒業が近づき、同級生たちが就活中心の生活となる中、アルバイト経験が無い平良にはある悩みが…。
学生生活が終わり、社会に飛び立つ時、平良と清居が選ぶ道とは―。
