With his tall lumbering frame, fierce facial features and awkward mannerisms, high school student Goda Takeo (Suzuki Ryohei, HK: Forbidden Super Hero) easily scares people away with his looks, but he's actually a reliable friend who's always willing to lend a helping hand. This makes him very popular with the guys, but not so much with the opposite gender. Girls usually like Takeo's hunky pal Makoto (Sakaguchi Kentaro, No Longer Heroine). One day, Takeo and Makoto save high school girl Rinko (Nagano Mei, Teddy Go!), and Takeo falls head over heels for her. However, Takeo comes to believe that Rinko likes Makoto, and despite his broken heart, he decides to help them get together. Directed by Kawaii Hayato (Suzuki Sensei), the youth romantic comedy My Love Story!! is based on the hit manga Ore Monogatari!! by Kawahara Kazune and Aruko.
