Four couples embrace the different meanings of love in New Year Blues! Marriage Blue director Hong Ji Young reunites with Kim Kang Woo and Lee Yeon Hee in the new romantic comedy. They are joined by the star-studded cast of Yoo In Na (Love Fiction), Yoo Yeon Seok (Steel Rain 2: Summit), Lee Dong Hwi (Extreme Job), Yeom Hye Ran (Innocent Witness), Choi Soo Young (Miss & Mrs. Cops), Yoo Teo (Pawn) and Chinese actress Chen Duling (Namiya).

Four couples from different walks of life rethink their relationships in the last week before New Year's. Police detective Ji Ho (Kim Kang Woo) and rehabilitation trainer Hyo Young (Yoo In Na) are divorcees who meet at work by chance. Jin Ah (Lee Yeon Hee) encounters Jae Heon (Yoo Yeon Seok) in Argentina after experiencing heartbreak. Yong Chan (Lee Dong Hwi) and his Chinese fiancée Yaolin (Chen Duling) run into different problems before their marriage. Paralympics national athlete Rae Hwan (Yoo Teo) and long-time girlfriend Oh Wol (Choi Soo Young) endure discrimination from others despite being happily in love.
