As the duo's first album release in nearly four years, O includes five singles – The Red Light, Topaz Love, Aitai, Aitai, Aenai., Hikari no Kehai and KANZAI BOYA – plus brand new songs. The album is again co-produced with Dojima Kohei and features an outstanding songwriter lineup that includes Hosono Haruomi, Matsumoto Takashi, Oda Tetsuro, Mashiko Tatsuro and Takeuchi Anna.

This edition comes with a 24-page booklet and a Blu-ray containing Suisei no Gotoku music video and O album TV spot and making.
