This VCD is not "step-by-step." Basically, you watch people perform and try to copy them. The only way you could learn from this vcd is if you hit the pause button after each move and practiced it. Then, try to put all the moves together.
I'm pretty disappointed that this vcd isn't more "beginner friendly."

This VCD rocks! I never expected to be this good! It much better than I ever expected. Buy this VCD and you won't regret you did.
