Kimura Takuya stars in this stylish J-drama as Haru, the respected captain and star player on his ice hockey team. Hockey is his life, and everything else (including love) is secondary. Simple and Sweet! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10

Pride is a sweet love story between the girl from "the last century", Aki, and the playboy hockey player, Halu. The chemistry between Aki and Halu is perfect and each scene makes the viewer more attached to all the characters. Pride is also wonderful as it shows the thoughts of all the characters as they actaully express their feelings instead of making the viewer guess. Both males and females will adore this series as the love story attracts the girls and the action-packed hockey games attract the guys. i really hope that yesasia will put out an English-subtitled version of this series as it is timeless.
