|I have watched this Karaoke many times and have totally enjoyed it. I have not heard from Priscilla for a long time until I received this Karaoke for my birthday in April 2005. It is fantastic, i love all the songs in the concert and every time i hear the 'cat song' i burst into tears as one of my beloved cat got run over by a car and died instantly in 2002.|

Diva and songstress - Priscilla Chan graces the stage of Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Vancouver as she renders her timeless golden hits including Silly Girl? Lost Promise? Dancing Street? Drifting Snow? and the mother of all songs Thousands of Songs? just to name a few. Just as the public think that she is withdrawing from the music scene, she decides to hold four consecutive concerts throughout Canada, respectively in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, and Toronto.
Just two days before the Vancouver show, Priscilla
made a graceful appearance at a press conference to promote her charity concert for World Vision. She looked absolutely astounding sporting an apple green shawl over a vintage graphic, silk, one-piece designer dress with a pair of black and hot pink three inch
high designer heels. Her hair was natural and tussled. She couldnt have looked any better. When she was asked of when is she going to tie the knot with her physician boyfriend, she scoffs back at Brenda Lo, ?.well, no ones ever asked me to?
On the evening of May 15, 2004, the show begins with Thousands of Songs (overture)? and just after the fireworks goes off, Priscilla appears and she renders her 1985 hit Flower Shop? It was evident in the reaction of the 2000 member audience, that she was dearly missed since her January 2001 appearance in Vancouver (I was one of the screaming fans). During a fast number, Priscilla was ?2?all over again as she sings and dances to Joe Le Taxi?and Dancing Street? Priscilla changed outfits three times, interacted a lot with the audience during the show, and had a great sense of humour. It was very kind of
her to come down and shake hands with the audience members as she performed her most recent hit Tomorrow is Another Day? Fans went frenzy as they chased her all the way through the length of the song. Many tabloids in Hong Kong suggested that Priscilla Chan
was to once again go on another hiatus due to the slow sales of Ching Yi Kit?- an eccentric jazzy album which she released in August 2003. However, during the
Vancouver performance, Priscilla asserts that her fans should ignore what the tabloids have to say and that she has no intentions to end her 20-year singing career anytime soon. She will continue to sing because she still enjoys singing very much. The show ends emotionally with Silly Girl? the mother of all songs Thousands of Songs?and Drifting Snow?and Night Flight?as encore performance. It was an absolutely unforgettable night, for me personally, as Im sure for many other fans as well. Vancouver wishes for Priscilla Chan to once again grace its?stages with her elegant presence. If you've missed out on her past performances, then watching this DVD would be a great starting point. I highly recommend it.

|I buy Karaoke DVD because I want to sing the songs, it's that simple, otherwise I would buy the Concert version, if available. This Karaoke DVD is very worth buying because most of its songs were played at the original beats and rhythms, while most of nowaday concerts' songs are re-arranged!|

Even approaching the age of 40, Priscilla Chan is more eye candy than ever. The dresses are beautiful; I especially like the feathery costume for the opening song with the eye accessories. I like the fact that she also has back that bluntly cut fringe which I used to consider was a trademark of hers.
Looks aside, true, she's never been the best dancer but when I came to watch the Rave Melody and she took off her shoes I realised it might be because she always wears such high heels on stage. Her dancing was much less inhibited and her walk even had attitude. She put her shoes back on at the end of the medley and once again, her feet wasn't moving as much.
As remarked before, Priscilla has a playful sense of humour and the interaction with the audience shows some of her usual cheekiness and especially with Jacky Cheung with whom she is very affectionate with.
The songs included the hit usual numbers from the 80s and 90s (none of which are boring and to have not sung the songs which brought her success wouldn't have been doing justice to her fans). Towards the beginning her voice, though still good, did seem a little gravelly but she must've been warming up because as the performance went on this was forgotten and she gave her usual stellar vocals.

Priscilla has the purest voice. She sounds awesome and looks so cute. I love Priscilla! Her humorous intro and interaction with Jacky Cheung was a blast. Also, her sad story about her cat was heart warming.
Take care Priscilla and be well my friend. I give you that red envelope that Jacky Cheung did not give you on new years day *smiles* I really enjoyed this FABulous concert.
