Making her acting debut, stylish Taiwan singer-songwriter Queen Wei stars in the PTS mini-series Rock Baby as a rocker girl-turned-surrogate mother. Co-starring Yang Wen Wen, Ma You Xing, veteran Taiwanese opera artist Lu Xue Feng, and Hello! Project's 9-year-old singer Frances Wu, the bittersweet tale of redemption affirms the selflessness of love that makes life worth living despite the many regrets.

Yun Ru (Yang Wen Wen) desperately wants a child of her own, but unfortunately suffers from a miscarriage during the seventh month of her pregnancy. Meanwhile, rebellious rock singer Xiao Yu's (Queen Wei) boyfriend has killed a man in a drunk-driving accident, so she accepts to become a surrogate mother for Yun Ru in order to pay the huge compensation for her boyfriend...and perhaps redeem themselves by giving birth to a new life.
