Horror master Shimizu Takashi collaborates with pop group GENERATIONS for the haunting mystery Sana! GENERATIONS members Shirahama Alan, Katayose Ryota, Komori Hayato, Sano Reo, Sekiguchi Mandy, Nakatsuka Yuta and Kazuhara Ryuto play themselves in this horror film that starts with a cassette tape containing a cursed melody.

Before recording for a popular radio program, Komori Hayato comes across a cassette tape from 30 years ago with the words "Minna no Uta" on it. Later while recording, he hears a disturbing noise and a voice asking "Did you receive the cassette tape?" With a live performance coming up soon, Hayato suddenly disappears. Alarmed, manager Rin (Hayami Akari) asks former detective Gonda (Makita Sports) to secretly investigate the matter. Gonda learns from the other members that Hayato had a strange melody of a woman humming stuck in his head. They also saw a ghostly girl during rehearsals. As the time for the live performance approaches, Rin, Gonda and group leader Shirahama Alan search for Hayato. It turns out the chain of terror begins with a mysterious girl named Sana and the cursed melody she plays...

■ストーリー

人気ラジオ番組のパーソナリティを務める、GENERATIONSの小森隼。
収録前にラジオ局の倉庫で30年前に届いたまま放置されていた「ミンナノウタ」と書かれた一本のカセットテープを発見する。
その後、収録中に不穏なノイズと共に「カセットテープ、届き…ま…した…？」という声を耳にした彼は、数日後にライブを控える中、突然姿を消してしまう。

マネージャーの凛は、事態を早急且つ秘密裏に解決するため、元刑事の探偵・権田に捜査を依頼。
メンバー全員に聞き取り調査を進めるが、失踪した小森がラジオ収録の際に聞いた「女性の鼻歌のような、妙なメロディーが頭から離れない」と言っていたことが判る。
そして、リハーサル中に他のメンバーたちも“少女の霊”を見たと証言。
ライブ本番までのタイムリミットが迫る中、リーダーの白濱亜嵐、凛、権田は捜索に乗り出す。
やがて、少女の霊の正体は、“さな”という女子中学生だということが判明するが、彼女が奏でる
“呪いのメロディー”による恐怖の連鎖が始まり・・・。

一体、彼らに何が起こっているのか？ この先に待ち受ける、 想像を絶する結末とは───！？
