Retired Principal KO PAT-TAU (Henry Yu), who shows great enthusiasm for traditional Chinese culture, is a stickler for family ethics and is a well respected man in town.


His elder son KO HO-PAN (Jack Wu) graduated with a journalism degree and is now a magazine editor, tending to get to the bottom of things. On livelihood issues, sometimes, his stance differs from his father’s, and each insists on his own opinion. PAT-TAU and his daughter KO HO-YAN (Zoie Tam) have a 40 year-age difference, leading to a serious generation gap problem. In this ever-changing Internet era, it’s very difficult for him to keep up with this technology. Fortunately, his daughter-in-law, TUNG OI-CHING (Elaine Yiu), not only keeps household chores clear and orderly, but also takes very good care of her husband and son. However, with her son growing up, the issue of secondary school choices that they confront gets on each family member’s nerve.
