Customer Review of "THE FINAL (Japan Version)"

I do ABSOLUTELY LOVE the video and the song! Kyo is REALLY passionate about his music.
The Lyircs are beautifully written.. as for the meaning.. he actually made it sound peaceful in a way...
I do like the way the looked... I esp. loved the different coloured eyes of Kyo.
This song really let me get into it...
I actually want to cry each time I hear it...

|This has to be my favorite Dir en grey song by a long way, and that's no simpe accomplishment. Seriously, this band's music will easily outlive them as it's just so hauntingly beautiful. My favorite bit from the song is when Kyo says "So I can't live" ... you have to hear it to know what I mean but it's so beautiful yet so sad. I know suicide is one of, if not the most sung about topics in Jrock, but this song really captures it an a hauntingly beautiful way. The way Diru use rock to create a beautiful ballad is genius. I doubt any band could better this song!|

This new single somehow brings back memories of Ain't Afraid to Die - a hauntingly beautiful piece that somehow, while delivering that deliciously hard rock sound, also has a somewhat bittersweet sound to it.
Dir en grey's music has only changed for the better, in past years.
This single will surely bring fans, new or old, straight into the Dir apperciation club.
One of their more melodic tracks, this powerful melody will make you want to listen to THE FINAL non stop, over and over again.

|Diru has done it again, they have explored a new sound. I've got hooked thats for sure. This song reminds me of my other favorite cage from gauze. The guitar intro draws you into the mood as the video draws you into a murder scene.... then with style they transform into a strong ballad thet youll be humming all day. The drums lead you on till kyos voice breaks through and brings it to perfections. My favorite is the moving chorus in the middle with a mix of the gorgoeus melodies you discover on past items and then it all speads up to reveal kyos scream that ... well i think hes only capable of. Then as the pacing and the guitars lead up into another chorus you realize how catchy and awesome this song is (if you hadnt relized that already!) This is also a video you cant afford to miss ... yes people complain about the grunge look but i really think dir en grey deserves its own genre. Kyos voice just leads you into bliss and the instruments perfectly back up his insighful lyrics. ROCK ON. and yah theres some screaming but a good humming tune which WILL GET STUCK IN YOUR HEAD and i doubt you will mind. And yes after teh video you will try to do the awesome hand movements... he has mad skills. So what isnt there to love about this single ... its just another great example what these talented people (gods) can put togather. ~the final~|

Again, Dir has done it. Again they demonstrate the extent to which they totally THRASH any and all other artists out there.
This song probably rates my second favourite after Ain't Afraid to Die. Must buy - if you haven't heard this, you haven't lived.
