Directed by Gao Xixi (For Love or Money), the action-packed thriller unravels the twisted loyalties and vendettas of friends and lovers amid the ruthless politics of the Shanghai underworld. Award-winning actor Wang Xueqi co-stars as a crime boss while television starlet Gulnezer Bextiyar (Chinese Paladin 5) and Korean actress Choo Ja Hyun play Peter Ho's present and past loves.

While in prison, Lin Zihao (Peter Ho) meets and befriends Fang Jie (Huang Zitao), who turns out to be the adoptive son of Shanghai mob boss Tang (Wang Xueqi). Through his connection with Fang Jie, Zihao joins Tang's inner circle and earns the admiration of the crime lord's lovestruck daughter Qianqian (Gulnezer Bextiyar). Quickly rising the ranks with his fighting prowess, Zihao becomes Tang's right-hand man and a key player in his grand plan to consolidate power and eliminate his enemies. However, the revenge-driven Lin Zihao is actually a former member of the secret Blue Shirts Society that Tang sought to destroy.
