Based on a web comic, SBS's crime fantasy romance drama The Girl Who Sees Smells stars Shin Se Kyung as a young aspiring comedian who can literally see scents and Park Yoo Chun as a police officer who can't smell, taste or feel. After meeting by chance, the two become partners in crime-solving and stand-up comedy, but it turns out they're both connected to the same tragic case. She lost her memory and gained her special power after surviving an encounter with the serial killer who murdered her parents, and he lost his younger sister (Kim So Hyun) to the same serial killer who is still on the loose.

Nam Gung Min (My Secret Hotel) makes a chilling turn as a celebrity chef with more than a few skeletons in his closet, while Yoon Jin Suh (The Return of Iljimae) plays the detective leading the investigation.

[シリーズストーリー]
高校生のウンソルは、ある日両親を“バーコード連続殺人事件”の犯人に殺され、逃げる最中に交通事故に遭ってしまう。奇跡的に一命をとりとめた彼女は、それまでの記憶を失い、“匂いが見える”という不思議な能力を身につけていた。３年後、何も知らされずにオ・チョリムという名で新たな人生を歩んでいた彼女は、ひょんなことから型破りで無愛想な警察官チェ・ムガクに出会う。お笑い芸人を目指すチョリムはムガクに、捜査に協力する代わりに漫才コンビの相方になってほしいと頼み込む。匂いが見える青色の左目をコンタクトレンズで隠して生きるチョリムと、妹を亡くしたショックで痛覚を失ったムガク。人には言えない秘密を抱えた２人は晴れてパートナーとなり、次第に惹かれ合っていくが…。
