Popular Taiwan comedian Kan Kan makes his debut as a writer-director with Time is Money, an uproarious Lunar New Year comedy. Joined by comedy masters Ng Man Tat (Fight Back to School, Shaolin Soccer) and Mark Lee (Money No Enough, Where Got Ghost?), Kan Kan stars as Chen, a poor man who is forced to steal a famous painting and kill its creator (Mark Lee) to clear his debts. Now, Chen finds himself in a game of wits against the wily painter and his debtor (Ng Man Tat) for the valuable painting. In addition to the three comedy giants, Time is Money also features cameos by numerous other comedy stars.

　　新世代男人喜劇康康、李國煌、吳孟達攜手合作，共創搞笑高峰

　　陳默（康康飾）原是富二代，卻因好賭不但氣死老父更敗光家財，成了「負二代」，身無分文，只有父親留給他一張畫家楚中天（李國煌飾）的畫作，但這幅畫只值十萬元，根本不夠還清賭債。他和地下錢莊老闆突然看到電視上報導畫家張老千過世而讓畫作價值爆漲的新聞，因此他被逼飛往新加坡殺害楚中天，好讓畫作增值還債，他所有的殺人資本就是十萬元。

　　楚中天與朱月坡（吳孟達飾）也曾因張老千的畫結下深仇，朱月坡更因此入獄坐牢，逃獄成功的他誓言要追殺楚中天。楚中天在腹背受敵的狀況下，只好接受畫廊經紀人建議，飛往馬來西亞，尋求美女經紀人胡晶（王予柔飾）的幫助，避難兼賣畫，4人終於在馬來西亞相會，展開一場爾虞我詐、真假難辨的追殺之旅，要如何才會有終局？
