Indie Hong Kong filmmaker Sam Leong works again with Suet Lei and YoYo Ng for the fifth installment of his self-produced Tournament film series. Wan (Suet Lei) is a long-retired former assassin who now focuses on looking after her son Joe (Gregory Lee), a police officer. One day, she receives a mysterious phone call. The man on the other side knows of her past and uses her son's safety to blackmail her into killing again. Tormented by guilt, Wan struggles with the challenge of picking up her old profession. Meanwhile, Joe becomes suspicious of his mother's past and begins to investigate recent murder cases.

Wan was a professional killer and has retired for many years, her plan is to settle down and spend the rest of her life with his only son, her new life was no longer peaceful after she received a call from a mysterious man, that man seems to know everything she has done in the past. He threats her to kill many people for him, or else, he will disclose her secrets to her son, and even will be harmful to him. With on choice, WAN has to follow his order, after a few double assassination took place, his son, Joe(police officer) began to investigate the recent killings. Wan then have to confront her guilt and conflicts that drag her into a deadly trap with one way entry.

Who is that mysterious man, why should he manipulate her to kill, and how can she face her son? 2 police officers, a informer, a retired killer and a fugitive finally get together in a killing maze that led to a unexpectable outcome...
