For the latest project of the Ultraman 45th anniversary celebration, Ultraman Zero returns and takes on a life-and-death battle to save our world in Ultraman Saga! This time, Ultraman Zero answers a distress call from Earth and becomes transported to an alternate universe in which Earth has been destroyed by the Alien Bat. Now, a pilot from another universe (played by Breakerz's Daigo), Ultraman Musashi, and a team of Earth Defenders (played by Team U of AKB48) must work with Ultraman Zero to save Earth from total destruction. With former Gamera art director Miike Toshio on board as Special Effects Director, Ultraman Saga returns the Ultraman franchise to old-school practical effects while taking advantage of cutting-edge 3D technology.

Normal Edition Blu-ray features both the 2D and 3D versions of the film. It includes a stills gallery and a pamphlet.

Note: A 3D television, a 3D Blu-ray player, and 3D glasses are required to view the 3D version of the film.
