It's East vs. West as the legendary Lam Ching Ying takes on a Western vampire in the fun-filled horror-comedy Vampire vs. Vampire! Lam Ching-Ying is a tough Taoist priest who, along with assistants Chin Siu Ho and Lui Fong, uses special Taoist techniques to rid his town of hopping vampires and pesky ghosts. But when a blood-sucking western vampire comes calling, the trio of period Chinese ghostbusters discover that their usual Taoist tricks may not be enough!

一眉道人（林正英）與兩不肖徒弟阿豪（錢小豪飾）和阿方（呂方飾）居於小鎮，並收養了頑皮的小殭屍。一天，一眉師徒被邀捉鬼，遇上修女長瑪利亞（Maria Cordero飾）和年輕貌美修女們，此後鬧出連串烏龍。一眉為找新水源掘出教堂附近一具西洋殭屍，鄉公所隊長更誤將西洋殭屍復活，並救出教堂內的女伯爵殭屍，於是展開驚險搏鬥。一眉雖令女伯爵跌落山崖粉身碎骨，卻發覺中國方法不能治西洋殭屍，幾經辛苦才脫險，從此更西洋殭屍追殺……

The Chinese exorcist is One-Eyebrow Priest. He leads a peaceful life in hermitage with his two bungling students and the mini-vampire. One day a ghost ship comes to the village and the priest is asked to catch the ghosts. He meets Sister Maria and her beartiful assistants. Life is no longer peaceful. The water becomes polluted. The priest discovers the pollutant to be a European vampire who is aided by a dead countess. The priest's Chinese Exorcism fails miserably....
