Spun off from the phenomenally popular reality TV series of the same name (which was in turn adapted from a Korean program), Where Are We Going, Dad? is a 2014 feature documentary that follows five celebrity dads – Jimmy Lin, Guo Tao, Zhang Liang, Tian Liang and Wang Yuelun – as they take their children – Kimi, Shi Tou, Tian Tian, Cindy and Angela – to a wildlife park in Guangzhou. The movie was a mega-hit in China and broke the domestic box office record for a non-3D film with its opening day earnings.
