Nine years ago on a rainy night, rookie reporter Chi (Kaiser Chuang) witnessed a car accident on a mountain road. One of the drivers died on the spot and his passenger, Hsu Ai Ting (Alice Ke), fell comatose. Chi's photos of the accident were too blurry and the other driver that fled the scene was never caught. Nine years later, Chi, now an experienced and ambitious journalist, gets into a car accident. At the repair shop, he is shocked to discover that not only is his car a refurbished second-hand, it's the same car from the accident nine years ago. Bothered by his memories of the accident, Chi decides to track down Hsu Ai Ting and unwittingly opens a Pandora's box of dreadful secrets and deadly fallouts.

This edition comes with the 117-minute Hong Kong Theatrical Cut of the film.

Nine years ago, novice journalist Chi witnessed a car accident on the hill. In that fatal accident, the male driver was killed on the spot, and the female passenger Hsu Ai-ting slipped into a coma when she was rushed to the hospital. In a panic, Chi took photos of the registration number of the hit-and-run vehicle. However, the pictures were so blurry that they could not be used as evidence, and therefore the facts of the accident were never established…

Chi found that his car is a re-assembled vehicle after a car accident. Surprised by the finding, he asks help from a police officer. The police confirms the car was involved in a car accident and Chi himself was the witness to the incident. The memories of the car crash that happened nine years ago suddenly flash back to Chi….
